ART & ANTIQUE AT THE BÁLNA BUDAPEST, 2023

Virág Judit Gallery exhibits a wide variety of contemporary artworks at the Budapest based Art and Antik Art Fair. The highlights of the show are three monumental oil works of István Nádler’s 1996 Untitled series, which explores the relationship between geometry and gesture. László Lakner’s representative piece titled as Horn and Cabbage, 1964 is a work of Surnaturalism, an important art movement of the early sixties. In addition, Endre Rozsda’s composition, the Paradise, a kaleidoscopic composition of small elements, Tension linéaire by Tamás Konok from 1976, Ilona Keserü’s serigraphs from the 1970s (June Variation A, Accord C), and works by Tamás Hencze, László Fehér and Imre Bak will also be on view at the Bálna, Budapest.
