The large representative exhibition presented the various periods of János Vaszary, the popular Hungarian painter. In addition to paintings from Hungarian and foreign collections, the exhibition also displayed spectacular installations and archive images. Visitors were able to familiarise themselves with the early, naturalist works and the expressive pieces from the 1910’ as well as with the brilliant, decorative flower still-lifes, graceful and elegant nudes and the popular beach-side life and urban scenes of the 1920s and 30s.
